2025 SFTE International Symposium Call for Papers now Open!

The world of flight test engineering is built on pushing limits, testing boundaries, and managing risks. Whether in civilian or military aviation, every flight test program carries moments of triumph, challenges, and hard-earned lessons. This year, the 56th International Symposium of the Society of Flight Test Engineers (SFTE) embraces this reality with the theme: Risky Business: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly.

We cordially invite you to submit your paper abstracts and presentations with this theme in mind. Please limit abstracts to 150 words and provide:

• Title, Author(s), organization(s), e-mail(s), and phone number(s)
• Scope, Objectives, Results, Lessons Learned, Conclusions, and public release statement
• Author(s) biography, no more than 50 words (not included in word count)

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: MAY 11, 2025
Notification of acceptance will be sent by May 31

Papers will be selected based on originality, technical orientation, potential for learning and knowledge sharing, and suitability to be shared across a broad audience of elite flight test professionals.
