Seattle Chapter - Student Flight Test Project & Dinner

On Tuesday April, 21st, the Seattle SFTE Chapter hosted 9th grade students from Raisbeck Aviation High School as they presented the findings from their flight test projects. Students picked a variable and performed flight tests in Xplane to see how that variable affected takeoff distance. The Seattle Chapter provided dinner for the event and chapter member Heather Palfreyman gave a special presentation about max brake energy testing. It was inspiring to see the next generation of flight testers be so passionate about their experiments!
