    412th Test Wing, USAF

    The 412th Test Wing of the USAF at the Air Force Flight Test Center at Edwards Air Force Base has been endorsed by SFTE in recognition of their outstanding commitment to raising the standads of Flight Test Engineering through continued professional development, excellence in practice, and leadership that elevates the profession across the global flight test community. (Received by the 412th TW Commander, Colonel Thomas M. Tauer, Senior Technical Director Dan Osburn and their T&E leadership team.)



    Gulfstream Flight Test

    During the 2025 European Flight Test Safety Workshop (FTSW) in Trieste, Italy, Gulfstream Flight Test was recognized with the Flight Test Engineer Recommended Practices endorsement by SFTE President Jeff Canclini and SFTE Recommended Practices Chair, Dr. Tizi Bernard. On the occasion of the FTSW, SFTE presented the program to the flight test community, highlighting the challenges of tomorrow's flight test engineers and the standards that will define their success. Gulfstream's Chief of Flight Test Safety, Mr. Adam Duszak (pictured below in front of Trieste's Government Palace), received the certificate on behalf of the organization, a solid example of flight test engineer development, training, and continued education.




    DLR Flight Experiments

    The Recommended Practices Certificate of Recognition to DLR was presented at the SFTE European Chapter’s symposium in Berlin in 2026. DLR became the third organization recognized by SFTE and the first European organization to receive this recognition — an important step in expanding the international adoption of flight test engineering development standards.
